Jessica Alba has teamed up with Heroes star Hayden Panettiere for a spoof video urging young people in the U.S. to vote at the upcoming presidential election.

Alba has been a longtime supporter of the Declare Yourself campaign, and has made two controversial adverts for the organisation in a bid to encourage Americans to take to the polls in November.

The latest ad featured Alba wearing a Hannibal Lecter-style muzzle. And now the Hollywood actress has enlisted the help of 19-year-old Panettiere for a satirical clip which has been posted on video sharing website YouTube. The two stars are seen hosting a mock home-shopping show selling The Muzzler 2008, a similar device to that worn by Alba in the last campaign. Panettiere is seen modelling a pink version, spelling out to youngsters the need not to let their political voices be silenced.

Marc Morgenstern, executive director of Declare Yourself, tells People.com, “Jessica and Hayden have an amazing ability to connect with young adults. Behind all the humour of the PSA lies a very serious message of what it actually means to sit out the election and effectively silence oneself.”

New York, Oct 3 (ANI): Hollywood socialite Paris Hilton has cut ties with record label Warner Brothers, in order to release upcoming album under her own label. The Heiress Records will put out Hilton’s as-yet-untitled disc, which is reportedly set to hit stores later this year.

It has not yet been publicized as to why Hilton and the label have separated. “Paris” peaked at No. 6 on the Billboard charts, but was widely seen as a flop with a dismal 75,000 copies sold in its first week.

A Warner rep chose not to comment on whether weak sales were to blame for the split. Hilton unveiled her new single, “My BFF,” on Ryan Seacrest’’s KIIS FM radio show earlier this week.

“I was really inspired by Kylie Minogue, I wrote every song on the record,” The New York Daily News quoted Hilton, as saying.

Hilton’’s manager confirmed that the singer will be releasing her next album under her own label, but did not comment when asked whether his client had teamed up with another giant label.

Britney Spears’ ex-boyfriend Adnan Ghalib has confirmed there is a sex tape of the pair.

The British paparazzo claims he and Britney - who reportedly wears nothing but a pink wig throughout the X-rated piece - made the footage while on holiday in Mexico, and admits he is considering selling the two-hour tape for “the right price”.

He is quoted by Heat magazine as saying: “There is such a tape, but I won’t discuss prices for hypothetical enquiries. Unless there is a locked-in deal, I will go no further.”
